About The Position
The Sales Associate at Spencer's is a vital role that focuses on delivering exceptional guest services in accordance with the company's standards. The physical demands of the job are significant, as the Sales Associate will be required to climb ladders, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and remain on their feet for extended periods, potentially up to 8 hours a day.
