About The Position
Hand & Stone South Miami, located at 7301 SW 57th Ct STE 170, South Miami, FL 33143, is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our front desk team. This role is essential in providing our valued members and guests with a world-class experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a winning personality. A demonstrated history of exceptional customer service in previous roles is crucial, as our Sales Associates are a critical link in ensuring that clients' experiences in our spa are nothing short of exceptional. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving performance-based goals set by your manager and the company, which include Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales. You will provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing membership sales. Passionately promoting our products and services while effectively communicating with the Service Provider team to maximize the appointment book is also a key part of this role. The Sales Associate position offers both full-time and part-time hours, with a varied schedule that includes weekends, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts. Flexibility in availability is preferred, as we aim to accommodate both the needs of the business and your personal schedule preferences.
