As a Sales Associate at Crocs, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences and providing world-class service to our valued consumers every day. Additionally, you will support team members in the daily execution of retail operations, which includes managing the POS system, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards. You will lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve your personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques. Adhering to Crocs Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures, will also be a critical part of your role.
