About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate at Boot Barn plays a crucial role in creating an exceptional in-store experience for customers. Requirements

  • Strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
  • Become an expert in product categories and communicate product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADT).
  • Be informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
  • Maintain company merchandising standards and assist in floor moves and display maintenance.
  • Assist with processing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
  • Accurately complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
  • Seek new ways to develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with the store leadership team.
  • Adhere to all local, federal, and state laws as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
