Sales Associate (Seasonal) - Splash

About the position

The Sales Associate will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of retail experience (external) or proven track record in the capacity of a Sales Associate for at least 6 months with successful completed testing on Basic, Intermediate and Advanced training modules (internal).
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Managerial experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• To qualify for this position, and prior to becoming a key holder, candidates must have successfully completed testing on all required Intermediate training.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
