The retail associate is responsible for marketing retail merchandise to guests, stocking the retail area, and performing cash and credit transactions. Markets Retail merchandise to guests. Stock and restock the Retail area to ensure an adequate inventory of all goods Perform cash and/or credit transactions with guests. Maintains current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures—including precheck and cashiering procedures Ensures Guest satisfaction with effective communication, customer assistance, direction, and information provided within company policies and guidelines Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
