About The Position

The Sales Associate/Receptionist at Columbus Boarding and Training LLC is responsible for managing existing business and assisting in the creation of new accounts by providing high-quality service to customers and their pets. Requirements

  • 2 or more years of sales experience
  • 2 or more years of receptionist experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Great customer service, organizational, and time management skills
  • Computer skills are a must
  • Ability to research, analyze, and solve problems independently
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Properly check in/out animals while maintaining individual records for each customer and their pets.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to foster mutual trust and confidence.
  • Manage new and existing accounts, communicating via phone, in-person, and email about clients' accounts.
  • Become knowledgeable about all products and services provided by the organization and make recommendations to clients.
  • Manage billing functions including invoicing, reviewing accounts receivable statements, and reconciling account differences.
  • Ensure all records are updated prior to accepting any animal for services.
  • Greet and manage walk-ins, phone lines, and email traffic.
