Salespeople will be responsible for sourcing new deals for several different lines of business, including commercial real estate loan and financial consulting. They will be provided extensive training in all products offered and in real estate and finance principles and will be required to meet regular sales thresholds both in terms of closings and contacts made. Salespeople will target commercial real estate owners, sales brokers and mortgage brokers to expand firm’s network and reach. Extensive emailing and phone calling is required, in addition to face-to-face meetings.
