As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will combine top-notch customer service skills with genuine care for people to help customers feel comfortable while shopping. This role is excellent for those who want to engage with customers and help them solve their home improvement challenges. You will welcome customers, assist them in finding the right products and services, interact with them throughout the day, help them select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. While much of your time will be spent listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, daily responsibilities may vary by department. Customer Service Associates work in various departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.
