About The Position

The Sales Associate at the Wellsboro Store is responsible for selling merchandise offered by the Goodwill Store through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques. The role requires maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment, assisting customers with their selections, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. The Sales Associate will also handle cash register transactions and promote the Goodwill Mission to customers.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to the Goodwill Mission.
• Ability to work with people of all abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers.
