About The Position

Boot Factory Outlet has an exciting opportunity! Our Sales Associates are the glue to our business and have a passion for customer service and enjoy providing the best possible experience for our guests. If you like interacting with people face to face, have the ability to work well in a team environment, then we need to meet you! Earn an hourly rate plus you have the ability to increase your hourly rate by $2-$3 per hour with bonus incentives. This position will be scheduled 20-30 hours a week. The Role: You'll be trained to be a "Boot Expert". In that role you will use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire and service the customer. Engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities. Perform register sales transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines. Take pride in the appearance of store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. In addition, you will secure all company assets under one’s control. Requirements

The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The ability to wear western boots while working.
Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.
A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
A High school diploma or GED.
The Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
The Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
The Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift
