About The Position
The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga plays a crucial role in achieving store sales goals by embodying the Alo experiences and Brand Mission. This position is centered around creating an authentic and organic experience of excellence for every guest through genuine connection and product education. The Sales Associate is expected to be an expert in all facets of product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and embraces a culture of feedback and excellence. Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in alignment with store leadership and company goals. The Sales Associate will drive and exceed sales goals by leading Alo's initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency. Engagement with customers is paramount, ensuring a friendly and easy shopping environment. Building client relationships daily is essential, as is analyzing reports in partnership with the leadership team to strategize and deliver results, focusing on deficient areas and highlighting growth opportunities. The Sales Associate will ensure effective sales floor coverage through the development of workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store as needed. Knowledge of store goals, company communication, initiatives, and new product launches is critical, as is educating on guest-facing initiatives on the floor. The role also involves confidently introducing all facets of the Alo business model, including Retail, Yoga, and Café, through personal testimony and knowledge of all aspects and details. Additionally, the Sales Associate will leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals, resolve client needs quickly and effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction. Educating guests and staff on products, community, and culture is a key aspect of the role. The Sales Associate will also assist in processing shipments, ensuring product flow, visual merchandising placement, and daily replenishment excellence, while executing all front and back of house procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures. Support for other areas of the business, including Sales and Cashier, may also be required.
