About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Orangetheory! You’ll welcome guests, build relationships with members, and drive studio growth through membership sales, exceptional customer service, and social media engagement.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fitness and a team-player mindset
• Comfortable using social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to engage and promote
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a high-energy, positive attitude
• Conduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout
• Promote and sell memberships and class packages
• Assist with daily studio operations, including opening/closing duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Contribute to the studio's social media by capturing in-studio content and promoting events
• Answer phones, schedule classes, and respond to member inquiries
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow the studio community
