About The Position
The position involves meeting or exceeding National Vision's sales and company objectives while maintaining high levels of customer service. The role requires accurate processing of orders for eyewear through the POS/SDS system and taking optical measurements for patient eyewear as permitted by state law. Additionally, the position includes coordinating the distribution of eyewear products to patients according to National Vision guidelines and assisting with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to patients. Training patients on the insertion and removal of contact lenses is also part of the responsibilities, along with contributing to store marketing efforts and managing inventory.
