About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is one of the largest optical retailers in the United States with over 1,000 stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in providing an exceptional experience for customers while supporting store operations and sales goals. This role involves assisting customers with eyewear selection based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget, dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses, and providing lens training as permitted by state law. You will also educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care, maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, and answer incoming phone calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred
