About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be a key player in providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting store operations and sales goals at America's Best. America's Best is part of National Vision, one of the largest optical retailers in the United States with over 1,000 stores, each dedicated to offering customers the attention and expertise they deserve. This role involves assisting customers in selecting eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget, dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses, and providing lens training as permitted by state law. You will also educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care, maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, and handle incoming phone calls. Additionally, the position requires maintaining a clean, organized, and visually merchandised store according to brand standards, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment

Nice To Haves

1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred
