The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Intermittent Liquor Store Clerks in our Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer care in a fast-paced retail environment. As an Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, ensuring that shelves are neat and well-stocked, unloading and receiving shipments, and processing customer sales at the register. This position offers competitive wages and benefits, including eligibility for Affordable Care Act/Bronze Plan medical benefits from the first day of employment. This is a permanent, part-time position with flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours. A minimum of 13 hours per week is guaranteed, with the potential to work up to 32 hours per week based on your availability. Successful applicants will typically work 3 to 5 shifts, totaling 20 to 25 hours per week, which may include nights, weekends, and Sunday rotations. Please note that schedule details may change based on the operational needs of the store, and applicants should be prepared to work schedules that may not be outlined in the job posting. Physical requirements for this position include the ability to frequently lift cases of merchandise weighing between 30 to 50 pounds, with occasional cases weighing up to 65 pounds. Applicants must also be able to lift cases overhead and place them into storage areas as per PLCB lifting standards. The position is based at Fine Wine & Good Spirits Store #6715 located in Newberry Pointe, Etters, PA, with the possibility of being assigned to other stores within the county or district as needed.
