Position Summary We are currently looking for the perfect candidate to fill our position as a Sales Associate / Member Concierge for when we open at the all new The Manor mixed use complex in June, 2025! Be the first and last impression for every guest and make each experience matter. Come join our team and be the best part of someone's day. This position is very sales oriented and is compensated on an hourly and bonuses based on sales! Essential Duties and Responsibilities Here, we don't rush to turn guests over and churn haircuts out. We know quality is in the details. Our artists craft a unique experience by educating their guests on grooming routines, products, and services that fit their lifestyle. Our concept is full-service, which means your guest can enjoy traditional barbering services, hand and foot care, or facial waxing. Trained sales and marketing professionals manage your guests to ensure you stay busy behind the chair, focusing on the thing you love most. We are seeking passionate artists who are obsessed with their craft, want to grow professionally, and love the art of hospitality.
Requirements
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations to run a salon.
- Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Listen and address customer/employee complaints and concerns.
- Basic computer skills
- Salon and/or Gym front desk experience.
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a HUGE PLUS.
- Membership sales experience a BIGGER PLUS!
Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments.
- Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments.
- Utilize computers with skill and proficiency.
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
- Manage inventory accurately.
- Properly open and close each day according to Salon Procedures.
