As a Sales Associate at Maidenform, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards in a branded retail environment. Under the guidance of the management team, you will engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and create memorable shopping experiences. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, establishing their needs, and offering suitable products, all while ensuring a smooth fitting room experience. You will also be tasked with overcoming objections and closing sales, ultimately fostering customer loyalty through genuine care and feedback solicitation. The Sales Associate position requires active involvement in various store activities, including sales, merchandising, housekeeping, and product stocking. You will need to demonstrate effective selling techniques and maintain a courteous demeanor while operating the cash register. The ability to multitask is essential, as you will often need to balance customer service with other store responsibilities. Following company policies and procedures is critical, as is reporting any security or safety concerns to management. This role is part-time, with a flexible schedule of 15-25 hours per week, and may require working in different areas of the store as needed.
