About The Position
As a Sales Stylist at Levi's® Outlet Store, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of functions and procedures that are essential to the store's operations, including customer engagement, merchandising, and adherence to company policies. You will be expected to embody the values and heritage of Levi Strauss & Company, showcasing a thorough understanding of the brand's history and product offerings. Your ability to connect with customers, consult on their needs, and close sales will be pivotal in achieving both individual and store performance goals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to every visitor of the Levi's® Store, utilizing the 3C's of Success: Connect, Consult & Close. You will meet or exceed established sales targets on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with cash handling guidelines and store security protocols. Additionally, you will assist stock associates with the replenishment of merchandise and security tagging, contribute to pricing strategies, and participate in physical inventory and cycle counts. Maintaining the store's appearance in line with Levi's® visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures will also be part of your duties, ensuring a welcoming and organized shopping environment for customers.
