About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can generate in home sales leads among our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income. This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door position.

Requirements

• Professionalism in the warehouse
• Clean professional appearance
• Must be High School Graduate & have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel locally to 3-4 stores: Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey County
• Must be able to stand 20-30 hours a week
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Able to speak clearly and professionally
• Strong ability to generate sales

Responsibilities

• Speaking to potential customers/homeowners
• Gaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors
• Maintain a high level of professionalism & customer support
• Work independently including weekends
• Training will be provided
