The Keyholder is responsible for opening and closing the store and ensuring proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is not on duty. The position involves greeting customers in a friendly manner, ensuring high quality customer service, and meeting National Vision's sales objectives. The Keyholder will maintain awareness of same day service, assist with answering phones, handle customer service complaints, and ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, the Keyholder will oversee the sales floor, ensure compliance with store policies, and lead associates in completing tasks efficiently.
