About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with a minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience without a degree.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
• Ability to travel, including weekend and/or overnight travel.
• Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Efficient, organized, self-motivated, positive, and proactive.

Nice To Haves

• Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers.
• Support product conversions with new customers and assist in attaining established sales goals.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Present, demonstrate, and ensure accurate utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment availability and performance.
• Provide consultation to Operating Room and Sterile Processing Departments.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance to customers.
• Handle customer requests and lead hospital billing processes.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams to improve service levels.
• Prepare sales reports and documents as needed.
• Maintain and track equipment and assets throughout the assigned area.
• Ensure promotional materials are presentable and meet quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention, improving insights into DePuy Synthes value propositions.
