About The Position

The Sales Associate / Jewelry Specialist at Jared is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise, and meeting sales goals. The position is part of a team that supports a customer-first culture and operational excellence in a retail environment.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
  • Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products.
  • Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
  • Meet individual and team sales goals.
