We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Sales Associates or Jewelry Consultants at our Rogue Valley Mall location in Medford, Oregon. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a Customer First culture by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with a superior shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include managing customer traffic, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring compliance in all areas of store activity. You will be expected to take ownership of your role, contributing to the overall efficiency, safety, and security of the store. This position is available for full-time, part-time, and seasonal team members, with flexible scheduling to accommodate peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
