We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our Sales Team, where you will play a crucial role in providing a superior experience to our valued customers. This position is available for full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles, with opportunities for career advancement within our organization. In your role as a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant, you will engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and sharing detailed information regarding the features and benefits of our products. You will also provide information about extended service plans and financing options, all while striving to meet individual and team sales goals. Your ability to build personal relationships with customers will be key to your success in this position, as you help them celebrate the special moments in their lives. We are looking for individuals who have a strong customer service background, sales experience, and a passion for the jewelry industry. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential. A positive, customer-focused approach and strong communication skills will enable you to deliver an exceptional customer experience, making each visit memorable for our customers.
