We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Sales Associates or Jewelry Consultants at our Northpark Mall location in Joplin, MO. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to impact the lives of others while inspiring love through exceptional customer service. We are hiring for seasonal, part-time, and full-time roles, including a new Concierge position for the holiday season. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. You will engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise, and share detailed information regarding the features and benefits of our products. Additionally, you will provide information about extended service plans and financing options while meeting individual and team sales goals. Your ability to build personal relationships will be key to helping our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives. We are looking for individuals who have a strong customer service background, sales experience, and a flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A positive, customer-focused approach and strong communication skills are essential for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
