We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Sales Associates or Jewelry Consultants at our Northpark Center location in Dallas, TX. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to impact the lives of others while working in a vibrant retail environment. We are hiring for seasonal, part-time, and full-time roles, including a new Concierge position for the holiday season. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a Customer First culture by managing day-to-day customer traffic, line queues, and administrative duties to ensure the highest levels of efficiency, safety, and security in the store. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a superior experience to our valued customers. This includes engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs, presenting merchandise, and sharing detailed information about product features and benefits. You will also provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options while striving to meet individual and team sales goals. We are looking for individuals who thrive on building personal relationships and have a desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
