About The Position

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Sales Associates or Jewelry Consultants at our Green Acres Mall location in Valley Stream, NY. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to impact the lives of others while working in a vibrant retail environment. We are hiring for seasonal, part-time, and full-time positions, including a new Concierge role for the holiday season. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience by engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires. You will present merchandise and share detailed information regarding the features and benefits of our products, as well as provide information about extended service plans and financing options. Meeting individual and team sales goals is a key aspect of this position, and you will play a vital role in creating a Customer First culture by managing customer traffic and administrative duties in the store. We are looking for individuals who thrive on building personal relationships and have a desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives. Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred, along with flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A positive, customer-focused approach and strong communication skills are essential for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
