We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Sales Associates or Jewelry Consultants at our Fairlane Town Center location in Dearborn, MI. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to impact the lives of others while working in a vibrant retail environment. We are hiring for seasonal, part-time, and full-time positions, including a new Concierge role for the holiday season. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining operational standards. You will be responsible for creating a Customer First culture by managing customer traffic, line queues, and administrative duties to ensure the highest level of efficiency, safety, and security in the store. Your primary goal will be to provide a superior experience to our valued customers, helping them celebrate special moments in their lives through our exquisite jewelry offerings. In this role, you will engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise effectively, and share detailed information regarding the features and benefits of our products. You will also provide information about extended service plans and financing options while striving to meet individual and team sales goals.
