About The Position

Your responsibilities will include engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires, presenting merchandise, and sharing detailed information regarding the features and benefits of our products. You will also provide information about extended service plans and financing options, while striving to meet individual and team sales goals. This position is not just about selling jewelry; it's about building lasting relationships with customers and helping them commemorate the special moments in their lives. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will support the creation of a Customer First culture by taking ownership of day-to-day customer traffic, managing line queues, and performing various administrative duties to ensure the store operates efficiently, safely, and securely.
