About The Position
Join the Jennifer Fisher retail team and help us deliver world-class experiences for our clients. As a Sales Associate, your mission will be to build deep and personal connections with our clients while driving sales and enhancing loyalty to the Jennifer Fisher brand. You will play a crucial role in creating and promoting memorable shopping experiences that result in sales and long-term relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting and serving walk-in traffic, converting them into lifelong loyal clients, and establishing a loyal book of clients, personal shoppers, and stylists to maintain those relationships and drive repeat purchases and retention. In addition to sales, you will act as a stylist for the client, possessing deep knowledge of our product, brand, and assortment. You will be responsible for organizing, planning, and scheduling one-on-one appointments in-store and virtually to drive sales. Supporting and executing visual merchandising directives will also be part of your role, ensuring that impeccable visual merchandising standards are maintained for all products on the sales floor and back-of-house. You will need to ensure an organized, clean, and elevated atmosphere within the store is maintained at all times. General responsibilities include adhering to basic grooming and professional attire standards, facilitating clients' needs from pre-purchase to post-purchase, accurately processing transactions while maintaining a superior shopping experience, and understanding and executing all operational tasks and procedures related to sales, returns, exchanges, and inventory. You will also have the ability to open and close the store, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
