About The Position

The Residential Sales Associate at Midco is responsible for driving sales of internet, TV, and phone services through door-to-door efforts and community networking. This role focuses on building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The position offers a base salary with the potential for additional earnings through a sales incentive plan, along with various benefits including free services and flexible hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred.
• Sales or related experience preferred, but not required.
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Drive residential sales opportunities through door-to-door sales efforts and networking.
• Identify individual customer's current and potential product needs and make recommendations.
• Increase customer understanding of Midco products and pricing options.
• Possess strong knowledge of product features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns for cable TV, high-speed internet, and phone services.
• Accurately set up accounts for new customers and prepare work orders for installs and repairs.
• Maintain and update turf management plan independently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Apply a positive customer service attitude in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed defined sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner as necessary.
• Dress professionally to represent Midco's image positively.
• Clearly explain and demonstrate equipment connectivity and functionality.
• Travel to new and growing markets for sales campaigns.
• Operate and drive a company vehicle in accordance with Midco policies.
• Maintain regular attendance as required by the position.
