As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will combine excellent customer service skills with genuine care to assist customers with their home improvement needs. You will spend most of your time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, with daily responsibilities varying by department such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.
