About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience by utilizing consultative selling practices to identify customer needs.
• Meet or exceed associate performance standards consistently.

• Optimize credit, gift card, and multi-channel opportunities for sales.
• Process customer transactions in the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with other associates to provide superior customer service.
• Maintain merchandise standards and housekeeping in assigned departments.
• Assist customers with merchandise retrieval and handling.
• Monitor customer flow for assistance and store security.
