About The Position

The Sales Associate in Sports Medicine at Stryker will serve as the face of the company's products, assisting Sales Representatives in promoting and marketing Stryker's innovative medical technologies. This role involves educating healthcare professionals about product functionality, updates, and proper usage, while also tailoring promotional messages based on customer knowledge. Requirements

  • 0-2 years in an outside sales position, preferably in medical-related fields.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • Successful completion of in-house product training program.
  • Field sales training experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion, and marketing of Stryker products.
  • Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and staff about the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
  • Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and advise on appropriate product selection.
  • Answer customer questions about product functionality and differentiate Stryker products from competitors.
  • Adjust time and focus to bring the most value to customers and the market.
  • Negotiate price and terms of transactions between Stryker and its customers.
  • Solve customer complaints and questions effectively.
  • Analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns accordingly.
