About The Position

As a Brand Ambassador at GV-OUTLET SF Livermore, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience that embodies the values and standards of our Retail Excellence Program. Your primary focus will be to meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis while also capturing client data effectively. Building and maintaining genuine relationships with clients is essential, as this will directly contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, units per transaction (UPT), and average transaction value (ATV). You will be responsible for maintaining these relationships through after-sales service, which includes sending thank you notes, making follow-up phone calls, and ensuring product repairs or maintenance are handled efficiently. In addition to client relationship management, you will support the team in generating new client relationships while nurturing existing ones. Your responsibilities will also include opening and closing consignments, processing returns and exchanges, and effectively communicating with clients, peers, and management to build strong partnerships. You will have the opportunity to develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events that enhance the client experience and drive sales. Handling customer repairs and advising clients on the best fit for their needs will also be part of your role, ensuring that you provide a comprehensive service to our clientele.
