About The Position

The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga is responsible for achieving store sales goals while embodying the Alo experience and brand mission. This role focuses on creating an authentic and engaging shopping experience for customers through product education and genuine connections. The Sales Associate is expected to be knowledgeable about all aspects of the product line and actively contribute to a positive store environment.

Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading Alo's Flow initiatives.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly shopping environment.
• Build and maintain client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with the leadership team to strategize and deliver results.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate customers on store goals, new product launches, and guest-facing initiatives.
• Introduce all facets of the Alo business model confidently.
• Leverage company tools and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate guests and staff on products, community, and culture.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow and visual merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store.
