About The Position

The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga is responsible for achieving store sales goals while embodying the brand's mission and values. This role focuses on creating an authentic and engaging shopping experience for customers through product education and genuine connections. The Sales Associate is expected to be knowledgeable about the products and actively contribute to a positive store environment, working collaboratively with the team to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Alignment with Alo's Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals by aligning with store leadership and company objectives.
• Drive and exceed sales goals through Alo's Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly and easy shopping environment.
• Build and maintain client relationships with customers on a daily basis.
• Analyze reports in partnership with the leadership team to strategize and deliver results, focusing on growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate customers on store goals, company initiatives, and new product launches.
• Introduce all facets of the Alo business model through personal testimony and product knowledge.
• Utilize company tools and strategies to support meeting store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate guests and staff on products, community, and culture.
• Manage the daily schedule to prioritize business strategies in partnership with Store Leadership.
• Assist in processing shipments and maintaining product flow, including visual merchandising and replenishment.
• Execute front and back of house procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment through constant movement and initiative.
