About The Position

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to assist customers by starting the conversation, asking questions, listening, providing options and ensuring the customer has the complimentary items to complete the project. In addition Sales Associates are responsible for maintaining their assigned department by not only ensuring replenishment of inventory but to also ensure products are well displayed, clean and organized. Associates must be familiar with the monthly Red Hot Buys. Team members are also encouraged to complete continuing education as assigned. Previous retail associate experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.

Requirements

• Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to assist customers effectively.
• Willingness to learn and complete training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to be on feet for most of the shift (6 to 8 hours).

• Previous retail associate experience.
