As a Sales & Customer Experience Representative (Experience Guide), you are the face of our boutique and a key driver of revenue. You’ll combine hospitality and sales skills to deliver an exceptional experience while driving performance. We’re seeking someone with proven sales experience who: Is naturally outgoing and confident Knows how to build rapport and guide conversations toward a sale Has experience in retail, membership sales, hospitality, or commission-based roles Enjoys working toward goals and being rewarded for performance Is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment If you’ve successfully hit sales targets before, we want to talk to you. - Sales and customer service experience required

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression
- Customize each guest’s massage experience
- Educate guests on enhancements, memberships, and retail products
- Confidently recommend memberships to support long-term wellness
- Book appointments and manage the front desk flow
- Handle checkout and ensure a seamless guest journey
- Deliver top-level service to guests and team members
- Warmly greet and check in guests
- Actively drive membership, enhancement, retail, and gift card sales
- Educate guests on services and products
- Accurately book, edit, and cancel appointments
- Open and close the boutique following SOPs
- Resolve guest concerns professionally
- Maintain reception and guest areas to brand standards
- Collaborate with leadership to improve performance and innovation
