As a Sales & Customer Experience Representative (Experience Guide), you are the face of our boutique and a key driver of revenue. You’ll combine hospitality and sales skills to deliver an exceptional experience while driving performance. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression
  • Customize each guest’s massage experience
  • Educate guests on enhancements, memberships, and retail products
  • Confidently recommend memberships to support long-term wellness
  • Book appointments and manage the front desk flow
  • Handle checkout and ensure a seamless guest journey
  • Deliver top-level service to guests and team members
  • Warmly greet and check in guests
  • Actively drive membership, enhancement, retail, and gift card sales
  • Educate guests on services and products
  • Accurately book, edit, and cancel appointments
  • Open and close the boutique following SOPs
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Maintain reception and guest areas to brand standards
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve performance and innovation
