About The Position

The Sales Associate (Flex/Flower Shop) at Navy Exchange Services (NEX) in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, serves as the face of the company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the brand. Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and connect with customers, asking questions and listening to their needs.
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about upcoming events, promotions, and mobile offers.
• Provide premier customer service and build positive, inclusive relationships with customers.
• Maintain store appearance and organization.
• Cross-sell products and make suggestions based on customer needs and current promotions.
• Learn product features and stay updated on the latest trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Process sales transactions using a Point-of-Sales system, including cash handling and completing paperwork.
• Manage inventory processes and ensure merchandise is accurately checked in and ticketed.
• Adhere to assigned work schedules and complete work assignments accurately.
