Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives.
• Establish and cultivate long term client relationships both in store and online.
• Deliver the Bloomingdale's customer experience through the art of conversation.
• Actively circulate the sales floor and determine the customer's needs.
• Share the benefits of our Loyalty programs.
• Support the shopping experience from start to finish.
• Deliver operational excellence by leveraging our stores fulfillment system.
• Maintain merchandise to sell standards and follow the 'Do It Right' Asset Protection Standards.
