About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Cherry Hill Programs, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for guests by providing exceptional customer service and capturing special moments through photography. This position involves engaging with families and children, operating photography equipment, and ensuring smooth photo operations at various holiday locations.

Requirements

• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Complete all other tasks as assigned
