About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by personalizing product recommendations to our diverse guests within our various retail locations. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer product recommendations.
• Complete transactions within the POS registers.
• Ensure store stock and cleanliness.
• Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
• Participate in our sales incentive program, where you're rewarded for achieving sales goals.
