About The Position

CycleBar Los Gatos is seeking passionate and motivated Sales Associates (CBX) to join our dynamic team. As a leader in Premium Indoor Cycling™, we aim to provide an exceptional experience for our riders while driving sales. Requirements

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Genuine hospitality and passion for people
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
• Comfortable making cold calls
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning, and weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Sell a minimum of 3 new memberships per month
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
• Provide top-of-the-line service to all new and existing riders
• Execute the sales and hospitality process for first-time rider experiences, follow up, and close sales
• Work collaboratively with studio management and franchise owners
• Participate in special events to promote the club
• Assume responsibility for developing selling skills
• Maintain brand standards and initiatives
