About the position

The Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative at Drybar is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment focused on blowouts. The role emphasizes sales, customer interaction, and maintaining a professional demeanor while ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Assist in retail sales and promote membership sales.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays (evenings).
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required.
