Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service or retail experience preferred (but not required!)
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Basic tech skills (POS systems experience is a plus)
- Available to work Weekends
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming, positive first impression
- Manage appointments and check clients in/out using our system
- Answer text messages and assist with booking services
- Recommend memberships and retail products
- Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
- Support stylists and ensure an amazing client experience
