About The Position

Drybar Sarasota at UTC is on the hunt for outgoing, confident, and customer-obsessed team players to join us as Bartenders (our Drybar term for front desk + sales associates). Requirements

• Must be 18
• Are high-energy, friendly, and motivated by connecting with people
• Have a sales-focused mindset and love hitting goals
• Enjoy a fast-paced, busy environment with teamwork at the center
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence
• Can multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Are tech-comfortable and confident using point-of-sale systems
• Can be on your feet for 6–8 hour shifts and are available on weekends
• MUST BE AVAILABLE SATURDAY & SUNDAYS

Nice To Haves

• Have experience in hospitality, retail, or front desk roles (a bonus, not a must—we’ll train you!)

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last impression—greet every client with warmth and personality
• Educate clients on membership benefits, add-ons, and styling products
• Drive sales by matching products and services with each guest’s needs
• Manage appointments, process check-ins/outs, and support the flow of the shop
• Assist stylists, maintain cleanliness, and ensure every visit is smooth and memorable
