About The Position

Join the Team at Drybar Wheaton as a Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative, referred to internally as a 'Bartender' (Front Desk Receptionist). This role is available for both part-time and full-time positions in Wheaton, IL. As the 'Bartender', you are the crucial first and last impression for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your daily tasks involve managing appointments, checking clients in and out using a reservation system, handling communications via texts and calls, and assisting with bookings. You will also troubleshoot system issues, update client profiles, and optimize appointment flow. A key part of the role is recommending memberships and retail products. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, bar area, and the entire shop, and support stylists to ensure a seamless client experience, including conducting walkthroughs, restocking shelves, and general upkeep.

Requirements

• Warm, friendly personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Basic tech skills; POS experience is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Professional and composed under pressure
• Weekend availability is a must
• Ability to stand/walk for 6–8 hour shifts

Responsibilities
